Return & Exchange Process

1. To request a return or exchange, please write to us via email or WhatsApp with the following details:
   • Order number
   • Invoice photograph
   • Photograph of the product
2. Our team will perform a preliminary check to confirm that the product is in good condition. After verification, we will send a confirmation via email or WhatsApp and arrange a pickup from your address.
3. Please hand over the product, invoice, and certificate in the same box with proper packaging to the pickup executive.
4. Once the box reaches us, our team will perform a thorough quality check of the product.

Important Conditions

• All certificates accompanying the product must be returned to be eligible for this policy.
• The product must not have any wear, tear, rework, or alteration to qualify for return.
• If the product is found damaged or tampered with, the return request will be rejected.
• The Company’s decision regarding the quality check shall be final and binding on the customer.
• Once a credit note is redeemed towards a new purchase, that purchase will not be eligible for return under this policy.
