The Lifetime Buy-Back Guarantee is applicable solely to the original purchaser and requires presentation of the original invoice. The jewelry must be returned in a condition consistent with normal wear and tear and is subject to verification of authenticity, weight, and quality by our gemologists. Any damage, alterations, loss of stones, or unauthorized modifications may result in a revised valuation or render the item ineligible for buy-back. The company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Lifetime Buy-Back Guarantee policy at its discretion, without prior notice, subject to applicable laws.
